Policies and things to note...
- We know Covid is still an issue and we strive to keep a healthy class environment. Our music room has an air filtration unit, means of cross ventilation and an exhaust fan. We sanitize all instruments between classes.
- There is no waiting area inside the building at this time. Please wait for the open door at the start of class (this applies to drop off/pick up well).
- There is a parking lot for our use behind the building (off Olney). Please enter through that downstairs door.
- All participants should sanitize or wash their hands before entry.
- Since we take off shoes, we advise wearing warm socks or slippers that have some traction.
- For independent classes (children attending without parents) there will always be an extra adult present to escort children to the bathroom and assist as needed. Parents can sign up for a week at the start of classes.
- For everyone's safety, the door will be locked at all times. Just knock on the window if you'd like to come in during class.
- In the event of snow/weather cancellation, you will receive an email at least one hour before class (check the website when in doubt).
- If classes are cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, you will be refunded for the missed classes.
- If you need to miss a class, you are welcome to do a makeup in another class. Make ups can be extended into the summer session (where space allows).
